Sidhefire Temple is an eclectic Pagan tradition. The core of the Temple consists of members of Clan Sidhefire, an extended "blended" family, working together towards common goals. We own 2 & 1/2 acres of land, just outside of Rainier, WA; where those members who choose to do so, can live in a spiritually supportive environment.
The Temple fully supports the education and development of like-minded individuals seeking a structured learning path. Initial training with Sidhefire consists of a "year-and-a-day" study plan primarily aimed at expanding and developing the student's self-knowledge, and understanding of various Pagan traditions and practices. At the conclusion of the initial training, the student may choose to go on to study with other groups, to become a solitary practitioner, or to apply for further affiliation and study with Sidhefire Coven. We are not currently accepting neophyte students, except under special circumstances, as all our time and energy is focused towards creating the physical infrastructure needed for the healing center.
Additionally, we are, as a group; working to create Community available Spiritual space. We are in the process of developing our land, using permaculture & organic techniques; and will be building a temple, a grove, and several shrines over the next few years.
We can conduct legal handfastings or other commitment-type ceremonies in the state of Washington. We are in the process of building a Sacred Circle, and already have a bonfire pit, as well as other facilities which can be set up to honor your special day.
We host monthly open house/potlucks, normally on the 4th Sunday of each month, as well as periodic special events. Announcements of upcoming events will be posted on the household Live Journal account, as well as sent out to our mailing list.
Additionally, we can coordinate for your local Pagan group to use our property to conduct your public or private rituals.
