Our primary goal is quality of life for each of our family members.
- Environmental and organic considerations are a secondary priority. (We value our Mother Gaia, and try to live in an ecologically sustainable manner.)
- Sexual Tolerance and Spirituality on the property. (Ours is a "lifestyle" supportive space.) We honor diversity, and celebrate our connections to each other and the world around us.
- As an intentional family/community: We benefit from the sharing of ideas, time, skills, tools, responsibilities and resources.
- We will have a "permanent member" contract (after you undergo 6 months of probation). This contract will provide protections & our commitment to working things out, including group counseling if necessary.
- There is a 6 month probationary period before you can be considered for full membership.
- We require a unanimous vote for full membership.
- We maintain a budget for household expenses; each person must make their minimum monthly contribution to the household expenses (overhead) as well as dues to the capitol building fund.
- We maintain a household grocery list (the "basics" which are included in minimum household expenses).
- Each individual is primarily responsible for their own emotional needs and health.
- We live as a family, but respect each others privacy.
- Honesty and Integrity are household "watchwords". No lying or stealing will be tolerated.
